3800 sq.ft beauty salon with 24 separate cabinets, main lobby and break/laundry. Mechanical ventilation included 4 split systems and exhaust fans for dedicated spaces. As for the plumbing, each suite equipped with sink and washbowl, hot water distribution from water heater was designed as loop and circulation pump. Each suite has dedicated electrical circuit and receptacles for TV and special equipment.
