5000 sq.ft beauty salon with 30 separate cabinets, main lobby and break/laundry. Mechanical ventilation included 4 rooftop units and exhaust fans for dedicated spaces. As for the plumbing, each suite equipped with sink and washbowl, hot water distribution from water heater was designed with loop and circulation pump. Each suite has dedicated electrical circuit and receptacles for TV and special equipment.
