Halal Guys Restaurant in Maryland

Complete MEP project for a restaurant. This is one of the restaurant chains for which we regularly create projects.

The restaurant uses a powerful cooker hood, which is located in the same room as the dining area.
This raises the issue of air balance especially acutely. Heated makeup air is supplied near the hood to compensate for the removed air. In the kitchen area, negative pressure is provided, and in the dining area, increased pressure in relation to the kitchen and the street. This prevents excess of odors into the visitors’ area, both from the kitchen and from the street.
